Cependant, nous pouvons renforcer nos d\u00e9fenses immunitaires par diff\u00e9rents moyens.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord donc quelques informations pour mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire et les divers facteurs qui l\u2019influencent de mani\u00e8re positive ou n\u00e9gative.<br \/>\nLe syst\u00e8me immunitaire inn\u00e9, non sp\u00e9cifique, est la premi\u00e8re ligne de d\u00e9fense contre les virus et d\u2019autres agents pathog\u00e8nes. Il s\u2019active dans les minutes, parfois dans les heures qui suivent le contact. La premi\u00e8re r\u00e9action \u00e0 un agent pathog\u00e8ne inconnu est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral une infection aigu\u00eb\u00a0: l&rsquo;irrigation sanguine augmente localement, la temp\u00e9rature corporelle s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve et une arm\u00e9e de cellules immunitaires entre en action, dont par exemple les cellules tueuses qui reconnaissent et \u00e9liminent les cellules infect\u00e9es par un virus. L\u2019objectif primordial est d\u2019arr\u00eater la propagation du virus dans l\u2019organisme.<br \/>\nPendant ce temps, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire acquis commence \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des anticorps et des globules blancs pour combattre directement le virus et s\u2019en souvenir ult\u00e9rieurement. Cette r\u00e9ponse immunitaire sp\u00e9cifique est plus lente, c\u2019est la raison pour laquelle une r\u00e9mission totale peut parfois durer plusieurs semaines.<br \/>\nUne partie importante de ce syst\u00e8me immunitaire acquis est constitu\u00e9e par les lymphocytes B \u00e0 m\u00e9moires qui m\u00e9morisent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du virus, parfois pendant des d\u00e9cennies. C&rsquo;est aussi sur le principe de cette m\u00e9moire immunitaire que la vaccination repose\u00a0: la substance active administr\u00e9e stimule le syst\u00e8me immunitaire \u00e0 produire des cellules m\u00e9moires qui sont \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de la protection vaccinale.<\/p>\n<p>Notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire produit chaque jour 200 milliards de nouvelles cellules immunitaires et n\u00e9cessite de nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments constituants et beaucoup d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour ce faire. Comment peut-on soutenir cette activit\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00ab Renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire : l\u2019exercice, une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, la r\u00e9duction du stress, un sommeil r\u00e9parateur et une attitude positive \u00bb<\/strong><br \/>\nRenforcer le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, att\u00e9nuer potentiellement les sympt\u00f4mes et abr\u00e9ger le cours d\u2019une maladie \u2013 non seulement du Covid-19, mais aussi d&rsquo;un simple rhume ou d&rsquo;une \u00ab\u00a0grippe traditionnelle\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 n&rsquo;est pas trop difficile et repose sur ces 5 \u00e9l\u00e9ments :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercice<\/strong><br \/>\nUne demi-heure d&rsquo;exercice physique par jour, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&rsquo;air libre, ou mieux encore en for\u00eat, renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire \u00e0 long terme. Une exp\u00e9rience men\u00e9e \u00e0 la <em>Nippon Medical School<sup>1<\/sup><\/em> de Tokio a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les terp\u00e8nes produits par les conif\u00e8res et pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019air de la for\u00eat stimulent la production de cellules tueuses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e<\/strong><br \/>\nTandis que la suppl\u00e9mentation en vitamines et compl\u00e9ments alimentaires est souvent d\u00e9pourvue de fondement scientifique, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, riche en fibres et riche en l\u00e9gumes et en fruits (les substances v\u00e9g\u00e9tales secondaires exercent une action antivirale et antibact\u00e9rienne) a un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique sur notre syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9vention du stress<\/strong><br \/>\nLe stress prolong\u00e9 peut provoquer un affaiblissement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire entra\u00eenant non seulement une sensibilit\u00e9 accrue aux infections mais aussi une \u00e9volution potentiellement plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re d\u2019une maladie et donc une r\u00e9mission plus lente.<br \/>\nLe temps excessif pass\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;espace virtuel a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la sant\u00e9 : en regardant constamment le smartphone, nous respirons de mani\u00e8re superficielle ou retenons m\u00eame notre souffle. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est aujourd&rsquo;hui si courant qu&rsquo;il a eu son propre nom : Tech apnea. Lorsque nous respirons ainsi, le nerf vague, qui est reli\u00e9 au diaphragme, signale au cerveau la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un danger et nous ressentons de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et du stress.<br \/>\nUne respiration consciente et profonde, un espace de travail ergonomique et la r\u00e9duction du temps pass\u00e9 en ligne peuvent y rem\u00e9dier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sommeil<\/strong><br \/>\nPendant le sommeil, les cellules de d\u00e9fense immunitaire se multiplient et la production d\u2019anticorps contre les nouveaux agents pathog\u00e8nes s\u2019intensifie. Les personnes qui ne dorment pas assez sont plus souvent sujettes aux rhumes et \u00e0 la grippe. Nous sommes plus d\u00e9tendu-e-s et les anticorps et cellules tueuses augmentent dans le sang.
