L\u2019\u00e9tude pilote men\u00e9e par Claudia Beatrice Leyh-Dexheimer dans le cadre de son travail de Bachelor au Steinbeis-Transfer-Institut de Berlin, traite de cette question et sera publi\u00e9e prochainement. Trois questions pour l\u2019auteure de cette \u00e9tude et th\u00e9rapeute de Shiatsu :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pourquoi avez-vous choisi le th\u00e8me du stress ?<\/strong><br \/>\nLes troubles et sympt\u00f4mes dont les personnes souffrent qui viennent dans mon cabinet sont souvent dus \u00e0 un surmenage dans diff\u00e9rents domaines de leur vie. C\u2019est ce surmenage que nous qualifions de \u00ab stress \u00bb. Au cours des 15 ann\u00e9es d\u2019activit\u00e9 comme praticienne de Shiatsu, j\u2019ai pu constater que les sympt\u00f4mes physiques, psychiques et \u00e9motionnels dus au stress dont souffraient mes clientes et clients diminuaient avec les traitements de Shiatsu. Dans le cadre de mes \u00e9tudes de Bachelor of Science avec une sp\u00e9cialisation en Shiatsu, j\u2019ai eu la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9tayer scientifiquement mon intuition et mes exp\u00e9riences subjectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sur quelles bases et valeurs de mesure votre \u00e9tude se fonde-t-elle?<\/strong><br \/>\nKerstin Uvn\u00e4s-Moberg[1] d\u00e9crit dans un article sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 l\u2019effet du \u00abgentle skin contact\u00bb sur la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de l\u2019ocytocine, aussi appel\u00e9e \u00ab hormone de tendresse \u00bb. Partant de cette th\u00e8se, j\u2019ai utilis\u00e9 l\u2019hormone ocytocine comme instrument de mesure. Ainsi, je disposais d\u2019un param\u00e8tre de laboratoire pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019\u00e9tude. En compl\u00e9ment, une enqu\u00eate par questionnaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pour prendre en compte le ressenti personnel des participants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tude n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e. Pouvez-vous quand-m\u00eame nous r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les premi\u00e8res conclusions ?<\/strong><br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats sont tr\u00e8s positifs. Ils sont significatifs jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tr\u00e8s significatifs, scientifiquement parlant. Ils peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9sum\u00e9s comme suit : le Shiatsu a un effet positif sur la gestion du stress. D\u00e9j\u00e0 un seul traitement montre de l\u2019effet, ce qui fait que le Shiatsu peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme une mesure \u00ab ad hoc \u00bb dans les situations de vie difficiles.
