La situation est particuli\u00e8rement grave quand plusieurs facteurs de stress se cumulent et que les personnes concern\u00e9es ont l\u2019impression de ne plus pouvoir r\u00e9soudre leurs probl\u00e8mes ou influencer positivement leur situation. L\u2019approche d\u2019un r\u00e9tablissement globale qui caract\u00e9rise le Shiatsu peut aider \u00e0 retrouver l\u2019\u00e9quilibre int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 renforcer les ressources personnelles lors de stress et de sympt\u00f4mes dus au stress. Ci-apr\u00e8s un exemple pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Un collaborateur de service externe obtient, \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la cinquantaine, une position de dirigeant et reprend la direction d\u2019une \u00e9quipe de service interne. Bien qu\u2019il ait appris \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des autres dans son activit\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente en tant que conseiller de vente, la responsabilit\u00e9 de la direction le met \u00e0 rude \u00e9preuve. Soumis aux restrictions que lui impose sa nouvelle fonction, il se souvient avec regret de la libert\u00e9 d\u2019organisation du quotidien professionnel qu\u2019il avait quand il travaillait dans le service externe. Son nouveau travail p\u00e8se sur lui, il se r\u00e9veille plus fr\u00e9quemment la nuit et ne retrouve pas son sommeil. Il souffre aussi de flatulences et de vertige. Une coll\u00e8gue proche, en voyant le stress qu\u2019il subit, lui recommande une th\u00e9rapeute de Shiatsu qu\u2019elle connait.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u2019ouvrir et se d\u00e9tendre<\/strong><br \/>\nLors de l\u2019entretien, la th\u00e9rapeute demande s\u2019il s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait examiner par un m\u00e9decin. En particulier le vertige doit faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un contr\u00f4le. Ils conviennent que le client consultera un m\u00e9decin si ces troubles ne s\u2019am\u00e9liorent pas au cours des prochains jours. Quand elle touche le ventre et le thorax, la th\u00e9rapeute remarque des zones dures et gonfl\u00e9es. Elle invite le client \u00e0 respirer profond\u00e9ment et calmement dans ces zones et \u00e0 explorer son corps depuis l\u2019int\u00e9rieur. Les poumons s\u2019ouvrent avec la respiration profonde. Le client sent l\u2019ouverture de sa poitrine et le mouvement qui gagne tout le haut de son corps. En m\u00eame temps, la pression douce des mains engendre de fortes \u00e9motions chez lui. La th\u00e9rapeute les accueille et les regarde avec lui en l\u2019accompagnant verbalement. Il comprend que, d\u00fb \u00e0 la situation de stress au travail, des blessures psychiques de l\u2019enfance mais aussi de l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte remontent \u00e0 la surface. La th\u00e9rapeute de Shiatsu accueille les \u00e9motions du client avec respect et sensibilit\u00e9, ce qui permet \u00e0 celui-ci de percevoir son corps sous un angle nouveau et de pouvoir nommer ses sentiments pendant le traitement. Apr\u00e8s quelques traitements, les tensions dans le thorax et le ventre diminuent et son esprit retrouve peu \u00e0 peu le calme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suivre son propre chemin<\/strong><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s deux mois, l\u2019homme de 50 ans peut vivre son quotidien de mani\u00e8re plus sereine. Il s\u2019endort mieux et ne se r\u00e9veille pratiquement plus au milieu de la nuit, ce qui fait qu\u2019il est moins \u00e9puis\u00e9 pendant la journ\u00e9e. Les flatulences ont aussi diminu\u00e9. Au cours de la th\u00e9rapie, il ressort en outre clairement que le vertige est \u00e0 chaque fois li\u00e9 au surmenage personnel ou professionnel. Finalement, il prend la d\u00e9cision de renoncer \u00e0 ses responsabilit\u00e9s de direction. La th\u00e9rapeute de Shiatsu discute cette d\u00e9cision avec lui et l\u2019encourage.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au Shiatsu, il a d\u00e9couvert ce qui est important pour lui. Il a appris \u00e0 formuler ses d\u00e9sirs et \u00e0 ne plus d\u00e9passer ses limites. Quand cela arrive tout de m\u00eame, son corps r\u00e9agit avec du vertige et il l\u00e8ve le pied. Il continue avec les traitements \u00e0 des intervalles plus espac\u00e9s, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s le changement d\u2019emploi, afin de renforcer encore ses ressources et de continuer \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l\u2019aptitude \u00e0 percevoir son propre corps.
