Dans sa profession initiale en tant que Marketing Manager qu\u2019elle a exerc\u00e9e chez plusieurs grandes entreprises, elle \u00e9tait sur la voie rapide jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 35 ans. Depuis 2008, elle est fascin\u00e9e par le calme du Shiatsu. Mais le c\u00f4t\u00e9 exigeant et mouvement\u00e9 de la vie professionnelle lui tiennent toujours \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Dans sa fonction de co-pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019ASS, elle aime mettre sur pied des projets et s\u2019engager pour la profession de th\u00e9rapeute compl\u00e9mentaire. En tant que th\u00e9rapeute, elle aussi est encore en route vers le dipl\u00f4me f\u00e9d\u00e9rale. Nous lui avons pos\u00e9 quelques questions\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sabine, quelles sont les t\u00e2ches principales que tu accomplis en tant que pr\u00e9sidente ?<\/strong><br \/>\nAvant tout, je m\u2019occupe de la gestion des affaires courantes, de la repr\u00e9sentation envers des tiers et de la gestion du comit\u00e9, du secr\u00e9tariat, et des commissions. Pour ce faire, une planification perspicace est cruciale : quelle \u00e9volution conna\u00eetra notre profession ? Quels objectifs devons-nous poursuivre \u00e0 long terme en mati\u00e8re de politique professionnelle ? O\u00f9 sont les obstacles et quelles sont les ressources financi\u00e8res \u00e0 disposition aujourd\u2019hui et dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir ? Il s\u2019agit du d\u00e9veloppement et de l\u2019organisation interne d\u2019une association professionnelle et de ses t\u00e2ches \u00e0 court, moyen et long terme. Nous sommes \u00e9galement en contact \u00e9troit avec d\u2019autres associations professionnelles qui repr\u00e9sentent des m\u00e9thodes. Parmi les devoirs importants de la pr\u00e9sidence, on peut aussi mentionner l\u2019\u00e9change r\u00e9gulier avec l\u2019OrTra TC et le RME. Beaucoup d\u2019autres t\u00e2ches et projets sont en \u00e9volution constante ou r\u00e9clament soudainement mon attention et sont donc souvent impossibles \u00e0 planifier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u2019entends-tu exactement par l\u00e0 ?<\/strong><br \/>\nL\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e par exemple, une t\u00e2che importante consistait \u00e0 aider les th\u00e9rapeutes lors de l\u2019introduction du nouveau tarif 590. L\u2019adaptation de la facturation \u00e0 ce format standardis\u00e9 est compliqu\u00e9e pour beaucoup d\u2019entre eux. En tant qu\u2019association professionnelle, notre t\u00e2che consiste \u00e0 informer nos membres de fa\u00e7on optimale au cours de ce processus, \u00e0 les assister avec des outils de travail et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes leurs questions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tu travaillais dans le secteur priv\u00e9 jusqu\u2019en 2013, entre autres chez Hewlett-Packard. Quelles sont les plus grandes diff\u00e9rences avec ton travail pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant ?<\/strong><br \/>\n(rit) Je devais surtout apprendre \u00e0 patienter. Les d\u00e9cisions ne sont pas simplement prises par le chef ou la responsable de projet. Au sein du comit\u00e9, nous prenons les d\u00e9cisions en commun et \u00e0 cet effet nous nous r\u00e9unissons six ou sept fois par an. Les t\u00e2ches sont \u00e9labor\u00e9es par chacune, puis soumises \u00e0 l\u2019approbation du comit\u00e9. Les processus de d\u00e9cisions sont de ce fait plus lents, toutefois, selon mon exp\u00e9rience, ils sont aussi plus \u00e9clair\u00e9s. Contrairement \u00e0 autrefois, j\u2019ai pu comprendre que je n\u2019avais pas besoin de toujours travailler \u00e0 toute vitesse pour pouvoir \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En dehors de ton travail de pr\u00e9sidente, pratiques-tu aussi dans ton propre cabinet ?<\/strong><br \/>\nOui, bien s\u00fbr. Comme mentionn\u00e9 au d\u00e9but, j\u2019adore le calme du Shiatsu. Je r\u00e9serve consciemment du temps pour le Shiatsu dans mon agenda. C\u2019est tr\u00e8s important pour moi. Le travail au sein de l\u2019ASS me pla\u00eet, mais quand on me demande ce qu\u2019est ma profession, je r\u00e9ponds \u00ab th\u00e9rapeute compl\u00e9mentaire dans la m\u00e9thode Shiatsu \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La th\u00e9rapie compl\u00e9mentaire offre depuis peu la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019obtenir un dipl\u00f4me f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. Quelle est ton exp\u00e9rience en route vers ce dipl\u00f4me f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ?<\/strong><br \/>\nCe pas repr\u00e9sente un d\u00e9fi, pour moi aussi. En plus de mon engagement comme pr\u00e9sidente et th\u00e9rapeute, je suis m\u00e8re d\u2019une fille. L\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e, j\u2019ai parcouru la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019\u00e9quivalence pour le certificat de branche. La p\u00e9riode transitoire dure jusqu\u2019en 2022 et mon but est d\u2019obtenir le dipl\u00f4me f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u2019ici-l\u00e0. Je sais que j\u2019ai encore beaucoup de travail devant moi, mais je le consid\u00e8re avant tout comme une opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement personnel au niveau professionnel et priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Que voudrais-tu dire \u00e0 celles et ceux qui h\u00e9sitent encore \u00e0 franchir ce pas ?<\/strong><br \/>\nIl n\u2019existe aucun moyen de le contourner. Si tu veux gagner ta vie en bonne partie avec le Shiatsu, lance-toi pour obtenir le certificat de branche ! Nous sommes dans la p\u00e9riode transitoire et tous ceux et celles qui \u00e9taient d\u00e9j\u00e0 reconnus avant le 9 septembre 2015 par un centre d\u2019enregistrement seront dispens\u00e9s du tronc commun. Cette r\u00e8gle ne sera plus valable \u00e0 partir de 2022. D\u00e8s lors, ce sera plus couteux et plus ardu d\u2019obtenir le certificat de branche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, tu t\u2019es engag\u00e9e pour une forte pr\u00e9sence publique de l\u2019ASS. Ce travail est-il achev\u00e9 ?<\/strong><br \/>\nAbsolument pas. Comme mentionn\u00e9 auparavant, l\u2019association op\u00e8re \u00e0 un rythme plus lent que le secteur priv\u00e9 et les ressources humaines et financi\u00e8res sont plus modestes aussi. De plus, une communication r\u00e9ussie est une t\u00e2che permanente. Ces derniers quatre ans, nous avons bien avanc\u00e9 en am\u00e9liorant et professionnalisant beaucoup de domaines. Maintenant il s\u2019agit d\u2019ajuster et d\u2019optimiser. La liste des projets en cours est encore assez longue et les id\u00e9es dans ce domaine ne manquent pas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O\u00f9 est-ce-que tu te vois d\u2019ici quelques ann\u00e9es ?<\/strong><br \/>\nAu cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es, je vais poursuivre sur la voie que j\u2019ai emprunt\u00e9e. N\u00e9anmoins, je me r\u00e9jouis du moment o\u00f9 ma fille aura moins besoin de moi. J\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 des id\u00e9es de formation et de formation continue en t\u00eate, dont je suis certaine qu\u2019elles m\u2019offriront de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s dans les prochaines \u00e9tapes de mon d\u00e9veloppement. Pour le moment, je dois placer ces besoins au second rang, en contrepartie je profite du temps libre pour vivre des moments forts avec ma fille et mon mari.
