L&rsquo;autor\u00e9gulation s&rsquo;en trouve renforc\u00e9e et les personnes concern\u00e9es apprennent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les troubles de mani\u00e8re autonome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comment le Shiatsu agit-il en cas d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>En cas d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome r\u00e9agit souvent par une hyperexcitation ou un \u00e9tat de raidissement et d&rsquo;inertie. Des sympt\u00f4mes tels qu&rsquo;un pouls rapide, une augmentation de la pression art\u00e9rielle, des difficult\u00e9s respiratoires, des bouff\u00e9es de chaleur\/de froid, des tremblements, des sueurs, des diarrh\u00e9es, un besoin urgent d&rsquo;uriner, une agitation int\u00e9rieure, des insomnies ou des cauchemars peuvent appara\u00eetre. Les muscles tendus et les probl\u00e8mes circulatoires ou un syst\u00e8me immunitaire affaibli peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre les cons\u00e9quences de l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes atteintes de troubles anxieux souffrent souvent de tensions internes intenses et chroniques et elles ont du mal \u00e0 maintenir un \u00e9quilibre sain et naturel entre les phases d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et de repos. Le toucher attentif et respectueux du Shiatsu les aide \u00e0 s&rsquo;ancrer dans leur propre corps, \u00e0 le percevoir plus consciemment et \u00e0 s&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer. Ainsi, le bien-\u00eatre physique, la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 et la stabilit\u00e9 mentale et \u00e9motionnelle se trouvent renforc\u00e9s. La personne souffrant d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 peut se d\u00e9tendre et reprendre confiance en elle.<\/p>\n<p>Le Shiatsu peut aider les client-e-s \u00e0 prendre conscience de leur hypervigilance et de leur surexcitation. En prenant conscience du stress et de l&rsquo;hyperstimulation chronique qui en r\u00e9sulte, les client-e-s souffrant d&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ont la possibilit\u00e9 de briser ce cycle. Le cadre th\u00e9rapeutique de confiance est particuli\u00e8rement important. Souvent, le trouble est d\u00fb \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e8nement traumatisant et il faut faire preuve de d\u00e9licatesse dans l&rsquo;approche de la personne. Au cours de l&rsquo;entretien, la th\u00e9rapeute apprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement davantage au sujet de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de sa dynamique. Ce qui ne peut \u00eatre exprim\u00e9 verbalement, elle l&rsquo;apprendra par le corps et son champ \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;accompagnement empathique dans la th\u00e9rapie de Shiatsu permet \u00e0 la personne de prendre conscience du contexte dans lequel s&rsquo;inscrit son anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et de d\u00e9velopper un comportement actif face \u00e0 celle-ci. Ce que la personne ressent \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur peut se montrer et elle peut en devenir consciente. C\u2019est lorsque la peur est identifi\u00e9e et peut \u00eatre nomm\u00e9e, qu\u2019elle peut se transformer.<\/p>\n<p>Des exercices corporels et respiratoires guid\u00e9s et choisis individuellement pour le quotidien aident \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser les peurs dans des situations concr\u00e8tes. Ce sont des strat\u00e9gies \u00e9labor\u00e9es en commun avec la th\u00e9rapeute. Ensemble, elles recherchent ce qui pourrait soulager la personne dans une situation aigu\u00eb. En cas de panique, ces exercices aident la personne \u00e0 prendre conscience de son corps et \u00e0 s&rsquo;ancrer. \u00c0 cette fin, tous les sens peuvent \u00eatre stimul\u00e9s (p. ex. marcher sur le sol froid avec les pieds nus, laisser un tissu agr\u00e9able glisser entre les doigts, respirer consciemment le parfum pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Ces strat\u00e9gies renforcent l&rsquo;auto-efficacit\u00e9 des personnes concern\u00e9es et leur permettent de regarder leurs craintes sous un angle nouveau. La peur devient plus tangible, peut \u00eatre affront\u00e9e diff\u00e9remment et perd progressivement son caract\u00e8re terrorisant.<\/p>\n<p>En combinaison avec un traitement psychologique ou psychiatrique, la th\u00e9rapie de Shiatsu orient\u00e9e sur le corps peut avoir de tr\u00e8s bons r\u00e9sultats en cas de troubles anxieux.
